Position - Architect

Location - Thane Responsibilities:

Overseeing project architecture, design development, and execution, while also leading the sales and marketing strategies for business growth. Should have strong knowledge of AutoCAD and ability to review and prepare architectural drawings.

Coordinate with architects, clients, consultants,



contractors and internal teams for smooth project flow and design approvals. Developing and implementing marketing strategies, promotional activities, and business development plans.

Your expertise in both project planning and client communication will play a crucial role in strengthening our brand and driving revenue.

Your key responsibilities which includes managing architectural project planning, coordination and execution.

Meeting potential clients, presenting project solutions, and converting leads into business. Preparing reports, quotations, and proposals as required. Ensuring project quality standards and client satisfaction. Representing the company professionally during meetings and industry events Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in architecture

3+ years of experience in construction and architecture

Strong organizational, creative and presentation skills

Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit
