Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Architect role based in Faridabad. The Architect will be responsible for developing architectural concepts and detailed designs for commercial, retail, hospitality, and airport projects, aligned with client brand guidelines and functional requirements. Day-to-day tasks include preparing drawings and 3D visualizations, coordinating with internal design, engineering, and project management teams, and ensuring design intent is maintained through all stages of execution.





The role involves site visits for surveys and inspections, reviewing material and technical specifications, and supporting fast-track rollouts with practical, buildable solutions. The Architect will collaborate with clients, consultants, and vendors to resolve design issues, comply with regulations and safety standards, and contribute to continuous improvement of design processes and guidelines.

Qualifications

Solid foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with the ability to translate brand and functional requirements into practical, high-quality built environments.

Experience in Project Management and coordination, including managing timelines, stakeholders, and documentation for design and build projects.

Ability to work with Integration-related aspects of design (e.g., integration of services, systems, and materials) and familiarity with relevant Software Development or configuration tools used in design workflows.

Proficiency in industry-standard design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar), along with basic knowledge of MS Office for project reporting.

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Architecture from an accredited institution, with a strong portfolio of commercial, retail, or hospitality projects.

Knowledge of building codes, safety standards, and compliance requirements relevant to commercial and airport environments.

Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and handle multiple projects in fast-paced settings.
