Job Title: Senior Process Executive (SPE) – AR Caller | US Healthcare
Location: Chennai / Bangalore / Hyderabad
Work Mode: Work from Office
Shift: US Shift (5:30 PM IST – 3:30 AM IST)
Experience: 1.6 – 4 Years
CTC: Up to ₹5.58 LPA (Including ₹18,000 Variable Pay)
Notice Period: Immediate to 30 Days Preferred
Job Responsibilities
- Handle Accounts Receivable (AR) Calling for US Healthcare clients.
- Follow up with insurance companies regarding outstanding claims.
- Perform Denial Management and resolve denied claims.
- Ensure timely claim resolution and payment collection.
- Maintain productivity and quality standards.
Eligibility
- Graduation is mandatory.
- 1.6–4 years of experience in US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM).
- Hands-on experience in AR Calling (Voice Process) and Denial Management is mandatory.
- Willing to work from the office in US night shifts.
- Immediate to 30-day notice candidates are preferred.
