Role & responsibilities

- Accounts Receivable (AR) Calling
- Claims Follow-up & Denial Management
- Insurance Calling & Payment Follow-up
- Handling Rejections & Appeals
- Maintaining Productivity & Quality Standards
- Working with US Healthcare Providers, Physicians & Hospitals

Eligibility Criteria

- 1-6 years of AR Calling experience.
- Valuable communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of US Healthcare/Medical Billing.
- Willing to work in the US Night Shift.
