ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a technically proficient and customer-focused Aqua Sales Officer to drive the growth of our aquaculture business in Andhra Pradesh. The role requires a combination of technical expertise, relationship management, and business development to support customers and expand our market presence.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

- Promote and sell Clover Organic's aquaculture solutions to shrimp farmers, dealers, distributors, and hatcheries.
- Provide technical guidance on water quality, pond management, disease prevention, probiotics, and nutritional solutions.
- Conduct farm visits, product demonstrations, and technical awareness programmes.
- Develop new customers and strengthen dealer and distributor networks.
- Foster long-term relationships with dealers and distributors.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
- Monitor market trends,



competitor activities, and identify new business opportunities.
- Ensure timely order fulfilment, payment collection, and accurate sales reporting.

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Fisheries Science, Aquaculture, Marine Biology, Veterinary Science, Agriculture, or a related discipline.
- 2–5 years of experience in aquaculture sales, aqua probiotics, water treatment products, aqua feed, or allied industries.
- Sound technical understanding of:

o Prawn and shrimp farming o Water quality and pond management o Probiotics and microbial solutions o Disease prevention and biosecurity o Experience in dealer or distributor management will be an advantage.

KEY SKILLS

◦ Fluent in English, Hindi, and Telugu.

◦ Strong communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.

◦ Ability to provide practical technical solutions to customers.

◦ Willingness to travel extensively across Andhra Pradesh.
