Job Description:

The proposal engineer will be responsible for techno-commercial proposal preparation & writing. The role involved day-to-day tasks related to the enquiry coordination, proposal development ensuring the accuracy & effectiveness of proposal, coordinating sales activities, communication with client, follow-up with the internal teams. Responsible for reply to customer mails / queries, proforma invoice preparation, Payment coordination & follow-up with Customers. Finalization the freight, transit insurance in consultation with customer.

Skills & Experience:

- Experience in proposal preparation & writing skills
- Experience in Sales Coordination




- Knowledge of Business terms & Conditions
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail & ability to meet deadlines
- Experience in Construction machinery, Process Equipment's or material handling is a mandatary
- Proficient in MS Office
