Key Responsibilities

- End-to-End Delivery Ownership
- Own and drive end-to-end delivery of engineering initiatives, from planning to production release
- Ensure clear task breakdown, prioritization, and rigorous follow-up to meet timelines
- Track progress, identify risks proactively, and ensure timely resolution
- Drive accountability within the team to ensure predictable and high-quality delivery
- Work closely with Senior Delivery leaders, PO, Scrum master etc.

- Technical Leadership & Governance
- Actively challenge teams on technical design, architecture, and implementation decisions
- Conduct design and code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices
- Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, resilient, and aligned with enterprise standards
- Guide teams in adopting modern engineering practices and tools

- Azure Platform Expertise




- Provide strong leadership in designing and building solutions on Microsoft Azure
- Ensure optimal use of Azure services (compute, data, AI, integration, DevOps)
- Drive cloud-native architecture, cost optimization, and operational efficiency
- Support teams in troubleshooting and optimizing Azure-based deployments

- Stakeholder & Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with product, data, and business stakeholders to deliver impactful solutions
- Communicate status, risks, and decisions effectively to leadership
- Ensure alignment between engineering execution and business priorities

- Skill Requirements :
- 10+ years of experience in Tech Delivery roles
- Good experience on Azure cloud.
- Experience in managing the delivery of a high performing platform teams
- Ability to challenge team decisions on architecture, design, and implementation
- Proven capability in end-to-end delivery ownership
- Strong discipline in:

- Risk identification and mitigation
- Experience with Agile / Scrum delivery models
