About the Role

We are seeking an implementation-focused Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) professional to join our core Security and Identity practice. In this role, you will step away from basic administration and actively design, build, and configure enterprise-scale identity frameworks.

If you have a strong background in automating complex security guardrails and hands-on depth with the Saviynt EIC / IGA platform, this position offers the scale and complexity to elevate your engineering career.

Key Responsibilities

- Identity Lifecycle Automation: Design and configure end-to-end Joiner, Mover, and Leaver (JML) automated workflows across hybrid and cloud ecosystems.

- Core Governance Configuration: Build and fine-tune Access Request Systems (ARS), Segregation of Duties (SoD) risk matrices, multi-level approval workflows, and time-bound/firefighter roles.

- Campaign & Certifications Engineering: Establish complex access review paths, including user manager, application owner, and entitlement owner certification campaigns.

- Custom Platform Integrations: Handle target application onboarding by developing or customizing REST, SOAP, and SCIM connectors, mapping entitlement structures smoothly.





- Technical Escalations: Act as an L3 point of contact to troubleshoot deep system sync drifts, environment bugs, and connectivity blockages.

Required Technical Profile
- Saviynt Mandate: A minimum of 3+ years of direct, hands-on engineering and configuration experience specifically utilizing Saviynt IGA / EIC solutions.

- Core Concepts: Solid grasp of global Identity & Access Management (IAM) architectures, Single Sign-On (SSO), and target directory syncs (Active Directory, Azure AD, LDAP).

- Scripting & Automation: Strong practical comfort with Java, .NET, or Python scripting alongside API validation tools like Postman to run custom identity synchronizations and data cleanups.

- Nice-to-Have Dividends: Relevant industry certifications (Saviynt L100/L200 or AI Age) and familiarity with Linux environments or relational databases (SQL, Oracle).

- Education: B.Tech / M.Tech / MS or an equivalent technical degree.
