**Key Responsibilities**

- Candidate should have 6+ years of experience
- Develop and maintain **Lightning Web Components (LWC)** to support modern, responsive UI requirements for banking applications
- Implement robust backend logic using **Apex triggers, classes, and batch jobs** with a focus on scalability and performance
- Design and optimize **Salesforce Flows and process automation** to streamline business operations and reduce manual effort
- Ensure adherence to **Salesforce security and governance best practices**, including role hierarchy, sharing rules, and field-level security
- Build and manage **REST API integrations** for seamless data exchange between Salesforce and external banking systems
- Develop and monitor **batch processes and asynchronous jobs** (Batch Apex, Queueable, Scheduled Jobs) for large data operations
- Collaborate with stakeholders to **translate business requirements into technical solutions** with clear data flows and system interactions
- Conduct **code reviews, deployment support, and release management** across environments (Dev, UAT, Prod)




- Troubleshoot and resolve **production issues, performance challenges, and data inconsistencies**

**Must-Have Skills**

- Strong experience in **Lightning Web Components (LWC)** and modern Salesforce UI architecture
- Hands-on expertise in **Apex programming (Triggers, Classes, Batch Apex)**
- Deep understanding of **Salesforce Flows and process automation frameworks**
- Solid knowledge of **Salesforce security and governance**, including profiles, permission sets, sharing mechanisms
- Experience with **REST API integration**, including authentication methods and data mapping
- Proficiency in **Salesforce administration concepts** (object modelling, validation rules, workflows, deployments)
- Experience handling **batch processing, large data volumes, and governor limits**
- Ability to troubleshoot **real-time production issues and optimize performance**

**Valuable-to-Have Skills**

- Experience with **Omni Studio (Flex Cards, Data Raptors, Integration Procedures)**
