Please enter job description 1. To carry out routine Inspection on the final product andrecord in the register. 2. To prepare, maintain and analyse line rejection and takingappropriate action to reduce 3. To decide the line rejection and its disposal on weeklybasis. 4. To suggest the modification/improvement in the manufacturingprocess and fixtures. 5. To carry out analysis of defects on daily / monthly basis,record and follow-up corrective actions. 6. To submit basic data to Manager Quality at desiredfrequency and to get involved in problem analysis, recording, correctiveactions and follow-up. 7. To adhere all laid down quality systems

8. To effectively participate in internalcomplaints corrective & preventive actions.

9.



To control line rejection and take effectivemeasures to control cost of poor quality.

10. To store all process inspectiondocuments, gauges, Inspection instruments & quality records, systematicallyto ensure easy traceability.

11. Other specific requirements andfunctions as defined in the Procedure manual.

12. Ensure the effectiveimplementation of QMS activities
