- Manage the client onboarding, account opening and asset transfer processes
- Prepare new client onboarding packages, including new account applications, financial profiling forms, account transfer forms, and financial applications
- Ensure that account opening and service requests are processed efficiently, while providing timely follow-up to clients.
- Assist with client updates, reports, and mailings (1099s, etc)
- Ensure productive timelines are associated with tasks and the timelines are met
- Prepare summary and handover to advisor for moving money in and out of client accounts on request
- Follow up with custodians to ensure changes are implemented in a timely manner.
- Implementation and use of internal systems for administration, compliance, operations
