We are seeking an experienced Appian Lead Developer to lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise-grade business process management (BPM) solutions using the Appian platform. The ideal candidate should have robust expertise in Appian 20.x and above, hands-on experience with SAIL, integrations, security, and Appian architecture, along with the ability to lead end-to-end solution delivery and mentor development teams.

Key Responsibilities

Appian Development

- Design, develop, and deploy enterprise BPM applications using Appian 20.x and above.

- Build scalable and reusable applications using Appian best practices.

- Develop complex SAIL interfaces, process models, business rules, expressions, and decision rules.

- Create and manage Records, Sites, Task Reports, Process Reports, and Dashboards.

- Develop and maintain Custom Data Types (CDTs) and data models.

- Design reusable components and frameworks for enterprise applications.

Integration & Database





- Design and implement integrations using Appian Integration Objects and Connected Systems.

- Integrate Appian applications with REST APIs, SOAP Web Services, databases, and third-party applications.

- Develop and implement custom Appian plug-ins where required.

- Design optimized data models with strong understanding of RDBMS concepts.

- Work with SQL, Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or MySQL databases.

Security & Administration

- Configure and manage Appian security, user groups, roles, and permissions.

- Perform Appian installation, server configuration, and environment setup.

- Analyze server logs and troubleshoot production issues.

- Perform Appian Health Checks and recommend performance improvements.

- Optimize application performance and scalability.
