We are looking for a skilled Java Developer with experience in real-time stream processing using Apache Flink and Apache Kafka. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable data processing applications and distributed systems.

Required Skills:

- Strong experience in Core Java, OOP concepts, Collections, Multithreading, and Java 8+

- Hands-on experience with Apache Flink (DataStream API, State Management, Windows, Watermarks, Checkpointing)

- Experience with Apache Kafka (Topics, Producers, Consumers, Partitions, Message Processing)

- Good knowledge of SQL and database concepts

- Experience with Spring Boot and REST APIs

- Understanding of distributed systems and event-driven architecture

- Experience with Git and Maven/Gradle

- Positive knowledge of Linux/Unix environments





Responsibilities:

- Develop real-time streaming applications using Java and Apache Flink

- Build and maintain Kafka-based data pipelines

- Optimize streaming jobs for performance and reliability

- Implement fault-tolerant processing using Flink checkpoints and state management

- Work with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable backend solutions

- Debug and troubleshoot production issues

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)

- Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes

- Experience with data formats like JSON, Avro, and Parquet

- Knowledge of CI/CD tools
