​We are looking for a visionary Senior Video Editor who is far more than just a cutter. You are a visual storyteller who can take a project from offline edit to final polish, elevating content through high-end Motion Graphics, 3D integration, and Visual Effects.

​In this role, you will lead post-production for [mention project types, e.g., commercials, brand films, social campaigns], combining narrative pacing with technical wizardry in After Effects and 3D software. You will set the visual standard for our video output and mentor junior creatives.

​Key Responsibilities

- ​End-to-End Editing: Edit high-quality video content for [platforms, e.g., YouTube, TV, Social Media] with a strong focus on storytelling, pacing, and emotional impact.
- ​Advanced Motion Graphics: Design and animate complex 2D/3D motion graphics, typography, and HUD elements using Adobe After Effects.
- ​VFX & Compositing: Handle technical VFX tasks including green screen keying, rotoscoping, camera tracking, object removal, and compositing 3D assets into live-action footage.
- ​3D Content Creation: Utilize 3D software (Blender, Cinema 4D, or Maya) to create assets, product visualizations, or abstract environments that integrate seamlessley with video projects.
- ​Color & Audio: Perform advanced color correction/grading (DaVinci Resolve or Lumetri) and professional sound mixing/sound design.
- ​Pipeline Management: Manage render workflows, organize server assets,



and ensure strict adherence to technical specs and delivery formats.
- ​Mentorship: Provide creative direction and technical feedback to junior editors and designers.

​Required Skills & Qualifications ​Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in video editing and motion design (Agency or Production House experience preferred).

​Software Mastery:

​Expert: Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects (deep understanding of expressions and plugins).

​Proficient: 3D Software (Cinema 4D, Blender, or Unreal Engine).

​Competent: Photoshop, Illustrator, Media Encoder.

​VFX Knowledge: Experience with compositing, tracking (Mocha/Built-in), and particle systems.

​Aesthetics: A strong eye for composition, lighting, and typography.

​Problem Solving: Ability to troubleshoot technical issues with codecs, render errors, and software integration.

​Preferred (Bonus) Skills

​Experience with third-party plugins (Red Giant Trapcode, Boris FX, Element 3D).

​Knowledge of Generative AI tools for video workflows.

​Proficiency in DaVinci Resolve for color grading.
