Responsibilities

Provide operational support and ensure efficient execution of banking transactions and services at the branch level

Assist in the implementation and maintenance of branch operational processes and procedures

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve operational issues

Contribute to the continuous improvement of branch operations by identifying and implementing process enhancements





Ensure compliance with relevant policies, regulations, and internal controls

Provide customer service and support to branch clients as needed

Requirements

Relevant degree or diploma in a related field

Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar role within the banking or financial services industry

Experience in Banking operations in term of Branch Operations is a plus

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders

Proficient in using relevant banking and office software applications
