Analyst - Project Controls

Location: Bengaluru

Experience: 3 - 5 Years

Key Responsibilities

- Review and validate contractor and internal cost estimates, budgets, and forecasts.

- Develop and maintain structured cost trackers for budgeted, forecasted, and actual project costs.

- Perform quantity takeoffs and assist in preparing conceptual and detailed cost estimates.

- Analyze drawings, specifications, and contract documents to support estimate development.

- Conduct cost variance analysis and assist in risk identification.

- Support preparation of cost reports, dashboards, and financial summaries.

- Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to ensure data accuracy and standardized reporting.

- Assist in improving cost tracking tools using Excel, Smartsheet, and Power BI.





Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (required).

- 2-5 years of experience in project controls, cost estimating, or construction cost management.

- Experience in retail or commercial construction preferred.

- Proficiency in Excel, Smartsheet, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office tools
