Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP & Power Platform Consultant to lead enterprise ERP implementations and digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (Finance, Supply Chain Management) and/or Dynamics 365 Business Central, with strong experience leveraging the Microsoft Power Platform to extend ERP capabilities.

This is a client-facing consulting role requiring functional leadership, solution architecture, stakeholder management, and delivery ownership.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end Dynamics 365 ERP implementation projects.
- Conduct business process discovery workshops.
- Design scalable ERP solutions aligned with client business objectives.
- Configure and implement:
- Dynamics 365 Finance
- Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management
- Dynamics 365 Business Central

- Lead solution design for:

- General Ledger
- Accounts Payable/Receivable
- Fixed Assets
- Procurement & Sourcing
- Inventory Management
- Warehouse Management
- Manufacturing (preferred)
- Supply Chain Planning

- Design security roles, business processes, and workflows.
- Develop functional specifications and collaborate with technical teams.
- Manage data migration, integrations, and testing activities.
- Conduct UAT workshops and user training.
- Support production deployments and hypercare.
- Mentor junior consultants.
- Participate in pre-sales activities including solution demonstrations,



effort estimation, and proposal development.

Power Platform Responsibilities

- Design Canvas Apps for warehouse, procurement, inventory, and field operations.
- Build Power Automate approval workflows.
- Develop Power BI dashboards for finance and operations reporting.
- Integrate ERP with Microsoft Power Platform using APIs, Dataverse, and connectors.
- Recommend low-code solutions to improve operational efficiency.

- Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Functional Consultant.
- Azure certifications are a plus.

Experience

- 8-15 years of ERP consulting experience.
- 5+ years implementing Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and/or Business Central.
- Experience leading multiple enterprise ERP implementations.
- Strong consulting and client engagement experience.
