Key Role Responsibilities

Oversee the planning and delivery of multiple construction projects and to ensure that work is completed on time and within budget.

Leads and oversees multiple construction projects, works with Engineers and Architects to develop a plan, create a project time frame, distribute resources, and ensure timely completion of project within budget.

Procurement and Material Management for the sites like steel, bricks, sand, plumbing, sanitary material, tiles, cement, proxy material etc.

Screening and finalizing Labor contractor for Civil Work for project sites

Effective in vendor Sourcing and vendor development of construction material and related services like consultant, ME, etc.

Develop a Strategic Plan for establishing a local network of Suppliers of key Raw Materials, Components, High Risk Materials, other Materials to drive improvements in lead times, MOQs, Cost Quality.

Discussion with Architectural team for project drawing preparation, concept development, Plans all phases of the construction lifecycle from initiation to completion etc.

Should be able to prepare BOM BOQs from the drawings

Preparation of Project Budgets, project material requirements, Quality control plan, work closely with architects,



site engineer, ME electricians, and other specialists.

Prepare project schedule, tracking progress and document the project

progress reports to management.

Should be able to handle multiple projects sites, overseeing entire construction operation and management

Should be well familiar with all kind of Governmental permissions needed for construction site including Council, NEMA, Utilities body etc.

Technical

v Education: Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management preferred

v Experience: Minimum 14 16 years of relevant work experience in construction

v Proficient in interpreting all construction related drawings

v Experience of using fully integrated software MS Projects / AutoCAD

v Exposure to latest technology will be added advantage.

Functional

v Capable of managing several construction sites parallel.

v Must have good knowledge about finishing of the projects, interior and exterior design

v Prior experience in SAP working env
