About the Business Unit

Global Delivery Services Centre (GDSC) is a high-impact business unit within Mott MacDonald, dedicated to enhancing project delivery across our global operations.

As part of GDSC, you ll join a team that champions excellence in both technical and digital disciplines, supporting projects at every stage of the lifecycle from concept to completion. As part of GDSC in India,



you will be working alongside Mott MacDonald international colleagues delivering ambitious projects across a broad range of building types including commercial, residential, retail and offices, education, healthcare, airports, data center, hotels, sports and events venues, and Metro stations. Under this sector, our services span the whole asset cycle from advisory to consulting, through design and delivery, to asset management. With deep understanding of all phases of the building lifecycle, it enables us to give our clients the best-informed engineering and innovative solutions.

Key Deliverables:

The selected candidate will be responsible for:
Model building and drawings of building services elements.
Basic design calculations.

Duct pipe sizing.

MEP Clash coordination

Knowledge of LODs BSRIA standards.
Quantities take off based design drawings.

Carrying out checking of drawings.
Coordination between other MEP disciplines, such as Electrical, Plumbing services.
Work within time limits to complete deliverables on time

Candidate Specification:
Be a Diploma holder in Mechanical/Refrigeration and AC or equivalent in respective engineering discipline.

Should have 3+ years of experience in drafting of HVAC systems, ducting and piping design, plant room layout, Schematics,



sections etc.

Have positive experience in relevant design software such as MicroStation/Open building design, REVIT, BIM 360, NavisWorks, Revizto, Knowledge in Dynamo is preferred.
Good communication skills and a professional attitude towards work, be a team player and have multi-disciplinary co-ordination skills
