Maintain a positive customer experience while coordinating seamlessly with internal teams to resolve any customer issues.

Maintain meticulous records of all lead interactions, call logs, emails, and pipeline stages within the CRM system to ensure accurate sales forecasting and data-driven tracking.

Requirements

Ability to understand technical terminology and perform basic software troubleshooting.

Better if familiar with software sales.



If familiar with CRM tools

Coordinate effectively with the technical team regarding any customer-reported issues.

Strong multitasking skills with the explicit ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.

Should be good at generating sales and upselling to active customers

Ability to comfortably utilize video conferencing tools (e.g. Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams) and screen-sharing software to conduct smooth, qualified live product demonstrations.

US shift: 6PM to 4AM.

Shift duration: 9 Hours, 6 days a week. Rotational shift as per availability
