Purpose/Objective

Support the organization’s business sustainability goals by assisting in implementing environmental policies, monitoring, compliance, and driving resource efficiency initiatives.
This role involves hands-on support for environment projects, data collection, and reporting to ensure alignment with corporate and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities of Role

Effective Environment Management System: Assist in the planning and execution of projects focused on obtaining Environemt clearances/ permissions, Compliance of existing clearances/ permissions, Water & waste management, and conservations.
Risk Compliance: Ensure effective regulatory compliances and implementation and follow up by conducting site assessments, keep permissions in valid mode, collecting baseline data, and preparing reports to monitor environmental performance.
Data Collection & Reporting: Gather and analyze environmental related data, supporting the preparation of required applications/ reports and its submission.
Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal teams & external agencies and assist in preparing materials specially coordination with Govt agencies i.
e.
SPCB/ MoEFCC, CGWA/B, Forest etc.
Innovation & Sustainability:



Stay updated on environment regulatory framework.
Participate in training and development to grow expertise in environment management practices, conducting awareness programme.
Digital Mindset: Keep up with digital and AI advancements to enhance business and maintain competitiveness.
Key Stakeholders - Internal: Lead-Setting & Sustainability, Other Departments - HoDs, Interal Deparments, Direct reportees Key Stakeholders - External: Government and regulatory bodies, Experts, Consultants, Universities, research Institutes and NGOs.

Qualifications and Experience

Educational Background: Bachleor or Master of environmental sciences/ engineering/ management.
Work Experience: Minimum 2-5 years of experience in environmental management.
