Role & responsibilities

- Design and review HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and low-current systems
- Coordinate MEP works with architects, structural engineers, and contractors
- Prepare shop drawings, technical submittals, and BOQs
- Supervise site installation and ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications
- Conduct inspections, testing, and commissioning of MEP systems
- Ensure compliance with local codes, international standards, and safety regulations
- Identify and resolve technical issues during design and construction phases
- Support cost estimation, value engineering, and material selection
- Monitor project progress and prepare technical reports
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and authorities as required

Requirements & Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or related field




- Proven experience in MEP engineering (typically 310 years, depending on role level)
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire systems
- Familiarity with AutoCAD, Revit MEP, and other design tools
- Understanding of international standards (ASHRAE, NEC, NFPA, BS, etc.)
- Valuable problem-solving and coordination skills
- Ability to work independently and within multidisciplinary teams

Preferred Skills:

- Experience in commercial, residential, industrial, or high-rise projects
- Knowledge of sustainable / energy-efficient systems
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- PMP or equivalent certification is a plus
