Role & Responsibilities

- Attend pre-qualified meetings scheduled by the Lead Generation team.
- Understand each client's career goals, experience, and job search challenges.
- Explain the company's job assistance and career acceleration services to prospective clients.
- Present customized solutions, including:
- Vendor and recruiter network access
- Strategic job application support
- Mass application campaigns
- ATS-optimized resume building
- LinkedIn profile optimization
- Skilled outreach strategies
- Interview preparation and job search guidance

- Build trust with clients by understanding their requirements and recommending the most suitable service package.
- Handle objections, negotiate pricing, and convert qualified prospects into customers.
- Ensure clients clearly understand the service scope, timelines, and expected outcomes.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure a smooth onboarding experience after the sale.
- Maintain CRM records and consistently achieve monthly sales targets.

Preferred Candidate Profile





- 3 years of experience in Inside Sales, Business Development, Education Counselling, Career Consulting, or B2C Sales.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and consultative selling skills.
- Strong understanding of the US job market, recruitment process, hiring lifecycle, ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems), resume standards, LinkedIn optimization, networking strategies, and outreach techniques is mandatory.
- Understanding of US employment practices, recruitment terminology, work authorization types, and general hiring processes is highly preferred.
- Ability to understand a candidate's profile and recommend the most appropriate career assistance package.
- Confident in handling virtual meetings and closing sales with international clients.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and passionate about helping professionals achieve their career goals.
- Experience using CRM tools and Microsoft Office is an added advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
