Role & responsibilities

- Preparation of consolidated financial statement (CFS) on monthly/quarterly/annual basis for IFRS group reporting in a timely manner
- Requires thorough knowledge of accounting standard as per IFRS and IndAS
- Work as control tower between the companies for timely closure of the financial statements (D+5) and period end activities
- Ensure consolidation with accurate accounting norms and follow INDAS/ IFRS norms & compliances with necessary adjustments
- Liaison with the external auditor for smooth conduct of audit on quarterly/annual basis and ensure accuracy and better presentation of financials
- During FS group audit, involve in continuous co-ordination with Korean Consolidation team by providing valid explanations and accurate analysis
- Prepare various management reports including monthly profit and loss statements, cash flows, etc for the consolidated entity
- Conduct company wise variance analysis of income statement and balance sheet with respect to AOP & PY and present it to the management
- Assist in preparation on Annual Operating Plan for the consolidated entity
- Preparation of Annual Reports with notes to accounts as per the requirement of IndAS




- Ensure that internal controls over financial reporting operates efficiently by conducting regular test
- Drive improvement in the organisations by implementing suggestions made by the auditors
- Coordinate with teams at Factory, HO, CFA, Plant etc for matters related to internal controls
- Monitor the consolidated entitys working capital status for Cash & Debt ratio management and borrowings planning, if necessary
- Knowledge of SAP or relatable software will be required for the role

Preferred candidate profile

- 45 years of experience in consolidation, financial reporting, or statutory audit
- Strong exposure to IFRS, Ind AS, and group reporting frameworks
- Prior experience in working with multinational setups or listed entities is preferred.
- Strong technical knowledge of accounting standards (Ind AS & IFRS)
- Excellent coordination and communication skills for cross-functional and cross-country liaison
- High attention to detail with solid analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in SAP, ERP systems, Excel, and reporting tools
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
