Position: Production Engineer Press Shop / Weld Shop (MIG & Spot Welding)
Location: Jalisana, Gujarat
Experience: 5–9 Years
Industry: Sheet Metal / Auto Components Manufacturing

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage daily production activities in the Press Shop or Weld Shop.
- Ensure production targets are achieved while maintaining quality standards.
- Hands-on experience with MIG Welding and Spot Welding processes.
- Knowledge of robotic welding operations will be an added advantage.
- Implement HPS/LPS, 5S, Kaizen, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, and Planning teams to ensure smooth production.

Required Skills:
Experience in Sheet Metal Manufacturing is mandatory.
Strong knowledge of Press Shop or Weld Shop operations.
Familiarity with production planning, quality systems, and safety standards.
Valuable problem-solving and team management skills.
