We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented senior talent acquisition executive to manage end-to-end recruitment for both IT and Non-IT roles.

Experience: 6 to 8 years

Location: Ghatlodiya, Ahmedabad

Preferred: Male Candidates only

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the full recruitment life cycle from understanding requirements to onboarding.
- Source and screen candidates for a variety of Non-IT Engineering roles (Electrical/Electronics, IOT, Automation, Sales, Executives, Account, BD ) and IT (Developers, Engineers, desktop support, Cloud etc.)
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and provide market insights.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, follow-ups, and feedback loops.
- Drive employer branding initiatives and candidate engagement strategies.
- Maintain and update recruitment reports.
- Manage recruitment vendors and internal databases to ensure quality sourcing pipelines.




- Ensure a seamless candidate experience and timely communication throughout the process.
- Stay updated on industry hiring trends and salary benchmarks.
- Documentation preparation and onboarding.

Requirements:

- Minimum 6-8 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, covering both IT and Non-IT hiring.
- Proven success in handling volume and niche hiring mandates.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques using job portals, social media, and networking.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Experience working with recruitment tools.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and deliver under pressure.
