- Operate and monitor batching plant operations as per the production plan.
- Ensure timely and accurate concrete production and dispatch.
- Coordinate with site supervisors and dispatch teams for smooth delivery.
- Support preventive maintenance and report equipment issues promptly.
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures, including LOTOTO practices.
- Maintain batching plant cleanliness and housekeeping standards.
- Monitor BC Mix software operations and minimize batching errors.
- Optimize transit mixer utilization and delivery turnaround time.
- Job Requirements :
- 2-5 years' experience in a similar role within the engineering & construction industry.
- Solid understanding of concrete technology, including batching processes and material properties.
- Excellent coordination skills for effective communication between teams on site.
