We are seeking a visionary, modern Headmaster to lead our founding academic team. In addition to stellar academic governance, the ideal leader must possess a deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in education, modern EdTech frameworks, and how to leverage digital tools to optimize both teaching workflows and administrative

operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Academic AI Leadership: Provide strategic direction to the faculty, driving the integration of AI tools, adaptive learning software, and digital pedagogy into the daily curriculum.
- Faculty Mentorship: Recruit, mentor, and evaluate teaching staff, specifically training them to adopt AI-assisted grading, lesson-planning automation, and smart classroom workflows.
- Operational Efficiency: Oversee daily campus administration, utilizing data analytics and modern school management systems to streamline operations.
- Stakeholder Management:



Act as the primary, polished bridge between the management, faculty, and tech-savvy parent community to foster an innovative learning culture.
- Board Compliance: Ensure flawless adherence to educational board regulations while spearheading the schools digital transformation roadmap.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Experience: Minimum 10+ years of core academic leadership experience (as a Principal, Headmaster, or Vice-Principal) within reputed CISCE/CBSE international boards.

Tech Proficiency: Mandatory hands-on knowledge of educational AI tools, school data management systems, and digital leadership strategies. Candidate must be comfortable driving a tech-first campus culture.

- Age Preference: 45-60 years (preferred).

- Soft Skills: Exceptional command over written and spoken English, visionary mindset, and advanced conflict-resolution skills.
