- Manage Relationship Managers and channel partners to achieve sales targets.

- Identify market opportunities and analyze competition.

- Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure high service standards.

- Oversee loan proposals, documentation, and coordination with the risk team.

- Prepare MIS reports on profits, NPAs, and new client acquisition.

- Guide and train the team to improve sales performance.
