& Responsibilities:- As an ESG Data Analyst at Amdocs, you will play a crucial role in helping us achieve our sustainability goals. You will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and reporting on Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) data to drive informed decision-making and enhance our corporate sustainability efforts.

- Data Collection: Gather and maintain ESG-related data from various sources, both internal and external, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Data Analysis: Analyze ESG data to identify trends, areas of improvement, and potential risks, providing actionable insights to leadership.
- Data Focal Point: Assist with any data query and reporting of ESG data with customers, external partners and rating agencies.
- Reporting: Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports on ESG performance for internal and external stakeholders, including shareholders and regulatory bodies.
- Compliance: Stay up-to-date with relevant ESG regulations and reporting frameworks (e.g., GRI, SASB)

- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support on ESG data, engage with vendors and partners for collection of relevant data.
- Goal Setting and Tracking: Assist in setting ESG targets and KPIs, monitor progress toward these goals, and suggest improvements to meet sustainability objectives.
- Research and Innovation: Stay informed about emerging ESG trends and best practices for data management and suggest improvements.
