Responsibilities –

Responsible for over all Quality Assurance & Quality Control of products

Draft/Responsible for over all Quality Assurance & Quality Control of products

Draft/review/modify quality assurance policies and procedures

Plan,



conduct and monitor testing and inspection of materials and products to ensure finished product quality (Quality inspection of RM, FG & packing material, In-process quality check)

Investigate customer complaints and in-process non-conformance to find out root cause & suggest corrective/preventive action/modify quality assurance policies and procedures

Qualifications – BSc / MSc / BTech / MTech Food Technology
