Required Qualification &

- Skills:-

- Qualification: Bachelor’s/ Master’s Degree

- Batch: 2018/19/20/21/22/23/24

- Experience: Freshers/ Experienced

Roles and Responsibilities:-

- Installation/deployment of new new release of teh DAM tool, environments for payment bank applications.

- Co-Create and maintain 100% uptime. E.g. creating alternate connectivity.

- Ensure 99.9% uptime of DAM systems and application services.

- Understand all the current systems/sub-systems and changes going in for the existing systems from Database activity monitoring perspective and integration point of view and Create monitoring KPIs for any change in the system.

- Monitor and raise the incidents and get those solved on priority, come-up with alternate solutions till the time incidents are solved.

- Should be able to analyze logs specifically to APIs, middleware and Database and trouble shoot problems for resolution.

- Major Challenges:





- Ensure automation of new databases in the DAM tools as per agreed use case for monitoring purpose

- Develop and maintain prod ,pre prod & performance test environments
