JobDescription: We are currently seeking enthusiastic and dedicatedindividuals to join our team as Airport Ground Staff-Freshers. As amember of our ground staff team, you will play a crucial role inensuring the smooth operation of airport services and the comfortof our passengers.

Responsibilities

- Greet and assist passengersat check-in counters, boarding gates, and baggage claim areas -Handle passenger inquiries and provide information about flightschedules, delays, and other airport services - Check and tagbaggage, ensuring it is loaded onto the correct flight - Conductsecurity screenings and ensure compliance with safety regulations -Assist passengers with special needs,



such as elderly or disabledindividuals - Coordinate with other ground staff members to ensuretimely and efficient service - Handle and resolve customercomplaints or issues in a professional and courteous manner -Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the check-incounters and boarding gates - Assist in the loading and unloadingof baggage and cargo from aircrafts - Perform other duties asassigned by the supervisor or manager.

Requirements

- Minimum of ahigh school diploma or equivalent - Excellent communication andcustomer service skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced anddynamic environment - Strong attention to detail and organizationalskills - Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends andholidays - Physically fit and able to lift heavy baggage and workin all weather conditions - No prior experience is required, astraining will be provided.

Contract Details: This is a full-timeposition with a competitive salary and benefits package. Theselected candidates will be required to work 40 hours per week,with the possibility of overtime. The contract will be for a periodof one year, with the possibility of extension based onperformance.
