About the Role

We are seeking an AI Value & Strategy Consultant (Freelancer) to support advanced AI evaluation initiatives focused on AI strategy, enterprise AI adoption, digital transformation, business value realization, AI use case prioritization, ROI analysis, and AI-generated strategic content evaluation.

In this role, you will evaluate AI-generated business cases, AI transformation roadmaps, executive recommendations, investment strategies, operating models, value realization frameworks, and enterprise AI adoption plans. Your expertise will help improve AI systems designed for executive decision-making, AI strategy consulting, business transformation, and enterprise innovation.

This position is ideal for professionals with experience in management consulting, AI strategy, digital transformation, enterprise architecture, business strategy, innovation consulting, or technology advisory.

Responsibilities

- Review AI-generated AI transformation roadmaps, business cases, investment proposals, governance models, executive presentations, implementation strategies, and value realization plans.
- Evaluate enterprise AI opportunities involving process automation, generative AI, predictive analytics, intelligent agents, customer experience, operations optimization, and workforce transformation.
- Verify AI-generated recommendations using consulting methodologies, enterprise transformation frameworks, and business strategy best practices.




- Assess AI-generated strategic content for market relevance, scalability, implementation feasibility, organizational impact, and measurable business outcomes.
- Identify strategic gaps, unrealistic assumptions, implementation risks, governance issues, organizational challenges, and missed value opportunities.
- Provide structured feedback to improve AI performance in business strategy, AI transformation, executive advisory, and value realization.
- Review peer-developed deliverables to maintain quality and consistency standards.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field.
- MBA or Master's degree from a recognized institution is preferred.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in management consulting, AI strategy, digital transformation, enterprise architecture, technology consulting, innovation strategy, or business transformation.
- Developing AI strategies and enterprise transformation roadmaps.
- Building business cases, ROI models, and executive recommendations for AI investments.
- Conducting AI chance assessments and use case prioritization.
- Advising business leaders on AI adoption, governance, and organizational change.
- Reviewing AI-generated strategic documents and executive deliverables.
- Experience using business analysis and visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Excel, PowerPoint, Jira, Miro, Lucidchart , or similar platforms.
- Excellent executive communication, presentation,



stakeholder management, analytical thinking, and written English skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to evaluate strategic business content objectively.
- Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working with leading consulting firms, enterprise technology companies, AI startups, Global Capability Centers (GCCs), Fortune 500 organizations, or digital transformation programs.
- Experience leading enterprise AI strategy initiatives, AI Centers of Excellence (CoEs), innovation programs, or AI operating model design.
- Experience evaluating AI-generated business cases, AI transformation strategies, executive presentations, governance frameworks, or investment recommendations.
- Familiarity with Generative AI, AI benchmarking, RLHF (Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback), AI governance, enterprise architecture, or product strategy is highly desirable.
- Professional certifications such as:
- Project Management Professional (PMP)
- TOGAF
- Certified Management Consultant (CMC)
- Prosci Change Management Certification
- AWS AI Practitioner
- Microsoft Azure AI Engineer Associate
- or equivalent business strategy and AI certifications are advantageous.
