We are seeking a highly creative and execution-focused AI Prototyper (Generative AI) to join our AI Labs team. This role is designed for individuals who enjoy rapid experimentation, solving business problems using AI, and quickly transforming ideas into working proof-of-concepts.

As an AI Prototyper, you will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to identify high-impact AI opportunities, validate use cases, and build lightweight but effective prototypes using modern Generative AI technologies. The role requires strong curiosity, fast execution, practical thinking, and the ability to evaluate multiple approaches quickly.

Success in this position depends on the ability to experiment rapidly, compare solutions objectively, and convert successful concepts into reusable assets that can accelerate future innovation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities: Rapid Experimentation & Prototyping

Build quick proof-of-concepts (POCs) using Generative AI tools, frameworks, and APIs Rapidly test and iterate on: prompts, workflows, AI agent interactions, model behaviors, orchestration patterns Compare multiple technical approaches and identify the best-fit solution based on speed, effectiveness, scalability, and usability Deliver prototypes within short timelines (hours or days rather than weeks) AI Use Case Discovery





Collaborate with business teams to understand operational challenges and identify AI-driven solutions Evaluate the feasibility and business value of potential Generative AI use cases Identify opportunities for automation, productivity improvement, and intelligent workflows across industries and functions Asset Creation & Knowledge Building

Convert successful experiments into reusable organizational assets including: prompt libraries, workflow templates, reusable components, demo solutions, AI accelerators Document learnings, benchmark results, limitations, and implementation recommendations Contribute to the continuous development of internal AI best practices and innovation repositories Required Technical Skills

Hands-on experience with LLM ecosystems and APIs such as, OpenAI, HuggingFace,

Anthropic, Gemini (good to have) Familiarity with AI orchestration and agent frameworks such as, LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI or similar platforms Solid understanding of Prompt Engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI workflow design, LLM experimentation and evaluation

Basic to intermediate Python programming skills Understanding of APIs, automation workflows, and integrations Exposure to vector databases, embeddings, or low-code AI platforms is an added advantage Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, AI, Data Science, or related fields preferred Relevant certifications or hands-on AI project experience will be considered an advantage Relevant experience of 2 to 4 Years, however candidates with less experience will be considered for a -1 role.
