- Manage store and inventory operations, including receiving goods, checking quantity/condition, verifying documents, and updating records.

- Ensure proper storage and binning of MIG/TIG wires, electrodes, machines, accessories, and spares.

- Maintain stock records, perform weekly/monthly stock verification, and report shortages, damages, and slow-moving stock.

- Coordinate with transporters/couriers for pickup, delivery schedules, POD, and freight bills.

- Prepare and coordinate dispatch documents, such as invoice copies, delivery challans, e-way bills, and LR tracking.

- Track consignments, update delivery status to sales teams/customers, and handle delays/escalations.

Job Requirements

- Minimum 12th pass qualification; graduation is preferred.

- Experience in industrial store/warehouse and dispatch coordination is advantageous.

- Basic computer knowledge, including Excel, email,



WhatsApp, and ERP entry.

- Possess valuable record keeping and attention to detail.

- Demonstrate the ability to coordinate effectively with transporters and customers.

- Be responsible, honest, punctual, and comfortable with physical store work.

- Local travel within Ahmedabad may be required for courier/transport follow-ups.

- Two-wheeler is preferred.
