Key Responsibilities

- Run shift-wise packing operations execute the daily packing plan for your shift keep things moving on schedule, and flag any deviations to your manager before they become problems
- Own your documentation fill in, maintain, and file all packing-related records accurately, every time, with no shortcuts; clean paperwork is non-negotiable in a regulated workplace
- Keep GMP standards on track monitor the shop floor during your shift to make sure every activity stays within Good Manufacturing Practices, and raise nonconformances the moment you spot them
- Work across teams stay in regular contact with Quality Assurance, Production, Warehouse,



and Logistics so that materials, information, and approvals never become a bottleneck on your watch
- Hit daily targets contribute directly to shift-wise packing targets by staying organized, proactive, and focused throughout your shift
- Maintain audit-ready conditions keep documentation neat and housekeeping standards high so the team is always prepared for internal or external audits without last-minute scrambling

- Keep learning at end training sessions, ask questions, observe experienced colleagues, and actively build your understanding of packing processes, equipment, and shop-floor best practices

Must-Haves

- A basic grasp of what packing operations involve and why GMP compliance matters
- Comfortable working rotational shifts in a manufacturing plant environment
- A team-first a/tude this shop floor runs on collaboration, not individual heroics
- Willingness to learn on the job every single day, not just during the first week

Nice-to-Haves

- Basic computer skills for documentation and reporting tasks
- Any prior exposure to pharmaceutical or medical device manufacturing
- Familiarity with shop-floor documentation practices such as batch records or logbooks
- Some understanding of pharma packaging materials, formats, or processes
