Position Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Associate Consultant – Accounting & Tax to join our growing team on an immediate basis. The role involves working closely with clients on accounting, taxation, compliance, and financial reporting assignments while contributing to process improvements and advisory support.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage global accounting and advisory assignments, including bookkeeping, reconciliations, and financial reporting for US and other international clients.
- Prepare and review financial statements, tax returns, audit documentation, and compliance reports.
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes while ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable reporting standards.
- Prepare management reports, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis for client engagements.
- Coordinate with clients, auditors, consultants, and tax authorities for timely execution and submissions.
- Handle direct and indirect tax compliance, including exposure to global accounting processes.
- Contribute to process improvements, automation, and operational efficiency initiatives.

Eligibility Criteria:

- Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) — mandatory. Only candidates who have completed and cleared CA will be considered.
- 1–3 years of relevant post-qualification experience in accounting, taxation, consulting, or financial reporting is preferred.
- Location:



Must be based in Ahmedabad or willing to relocate to Ahmedabad immediately.
- Availability: Must be able to join within 7–10 days of offer. Candidates with longer notice periods will not be considered for this role.
- Full-time commitment: Candidates should not be currently pursuing any further studies, certifications, or courses (e.g., additional degrees, CFA, further ACCA papers, etc.). This is a full-time, onsite role requiring complete availability and focus.

Skills Required:

- Strong understanding of accounting principles, taxation, financial reporting, and global accounting practices.
- Working knowledge of US accounting and international compliance frameworks; exposure to Indian direct and indirect tax compliance will be an added advantage.
- Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Zoho Books, or ERP systems.
- Robust analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines efficiently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
