Regional Manager -Education/Franchise Operations -Ahmedabad-5+Years

We are looking for a dynamic Regional Manager with 5+ years of experience in franchise operations, franchise expansion, and business growth. The ideal candidate should have strong exposure to managing franchise networks, driving profitability, ensuring operational excellence, and supporting business partners. Candidates from education, retail, training, coaching, or franchise-driven organizations will be preferred.

Responsibilities

1. Managing a network of franchise partners to drive operational excellence and business performance.
2. Ensuring profitability, compliance, and smooth functioning of franchise operations across the region.
3. Developing and implementing monthly, quarterly, and annual business growth plans.
4. Coordinating with internal teams to provide operational, academic, and marketing support to franchise partners.
5. Monitoring business performance through MIS reporting and periodic reviews.
6. Driving franchise expansion by conducting business presentations and engaging potential partners.
7. Supporting regional revenue generation and profitability objectives.
8. Analyzing market trends, competition, and business opportunities within the assigned territory.

Requirements

1. MBA/PGDM or equivalent qualification in Marketing, Operations, or related discipline.
2. 5-10 years of experience in franchise operations, franchise sales, or business development.
3. Minimum 3 years of experience in franchise management or franchise expansion roles.
4. Exposure to education, training, retail, QSR, healthcare, or similar franchise-driven industries.
5.



Strong stakeholder management, presentation, and negotiation skills.
6. Experience in managing regional revenue targets and operational performance.
7. Good understanding of market development and franchise partner engagement.
8. Willingness to travel extensively across assigned regions.
