Desired Qualification : Degree in Fire Safety Engineering

Experience: Minimum Seven Years in Hospital / Hotel / Mall / Pharmaceutical Ind.

Job Purpose

To ensure proper functioning of all Fire Safety System within Hospital

Essential duties and responsibilities

- To coordinate with Project teams during Project Phase for smooth executions of Air conditioning jobs.
- Monitoring all installations as per BOQ/Design and its documentations
- To take care of all safety measures during project phase and its compliance.
- To ensure project deliverables meet with Hospital Standards.
- To maintained all installations related to firefighting and fire alarm system.
- To handle all fire safety related complaints, renovation and projects.
- To assist other department as and when required, to perform all other jobs as may be due exigencies of work.
- To look after all fire safety installations, preventive maintenance schedules, daily basis floor facility & safety rounds and took energy conservation initiatives with in hospital.
- To maintain all fire safety checklist related log books, stock inventory and material consumptions.




- Licensing work with local fire services.
- Arrange regular fire alarm tests and fire mock drills.
- Dispatches and accompany QRT (Quick response team)
- Training all hospital staffs regarding fire prevention, evacuation and disaster management
- Prepare plans and provide fire and life safety mock drill and other safety training session to the sub-ordinates, staffs and other persons available in the premises.
- Conduct third party fire safety external audit program timely according schedule.
- Timely submitting of EHS report, Legatrix, EIA and Workplace safety form V Annual returns in GPCB.
