Job Summary:

The Branch Auditor is responsible for conducting audits of branch operations to ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and financial controls. The role involves risk assessment, identifying discrepancies, and recommending corrective actions to improve operational efficiency and safeguard assets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Audit branch operations (loan disbursement, collections, documentation)
- Ensure compliance with RBI regulations, KYC/AML, and company policies
- Verify loan files and customer documentation
- Identify risks, fraud indicators, and control gaps
- Prepare audit reports and track closure of observations
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple audits
