Roles & Responsibilities:

Website Management

- Manage and maintain all Advait Group websites.
- Perform day-to-day updates of webpages, banners, blogs, news, products, careers, images, videos, brochures, and company information.
- Add current products, services and project pages as the business evolves, and build landing pages for campaigns, product launches and events.
- Ensure website security, performance, responsiveness, backups, and uptime.
- Coordinate with internal departments for website enhancements and content updates.
- Coordinate with website development vendors for maintenance, enhancements, bug fixing, and deployments.
- Conduct a monthly website audit and report findings.

Website Development

- Manage WordPress websites independently.
- Develop and modify webpages using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and Bootstrap.
- Basic understanding of React.js and Node.js.
- Optimize website speed, UI/UX, and overall user experience.
- Coordinate with website vendors, hosting providers, and domain management partners.
- Manage website hosting, SSL certificates, backups, and domain renewals.
- Set up and troubleshoot conference room equipment, video conferencing systems, and office network connectivity.
- Work closely with the IT Head on all website and SEO initiatives.

Search Engine Optimization (Primary Responsibility)

- Develop and execute SEO strategies for all Advait Group websites.
- Perform On-Page, Off-Page, and Technical SEO.
- Manage Google Search Console, sitemaps, schema markup, and Core Web Vitals.
- Resolve crawl errors, indexation issues, and manage redirects.
- Conduct keyword research, SEO audits, and competitor analysis.
- Lead backlink outreach, industry directory listings, PR backlinks, and citation building.
- Monitor SEO performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or equivalent SEO tools.
- Prepare monthly SEO performance reports.

AI Search Optimization (AEO / GEO)

- Optimize Advaits visibility within ChatGPT answers, Google AI Overview, AI Mode, Gemini, and Perplexity.




- Build FAQ schema, structured data, EEAT signals, and knowledge graph presence to strengthen AI-driven search visibility.

Lead Generation

- Continuously optimize the website to generate more enquiries through better forms, brochure downloads, meeting booking, WhatsApp and call CTAs, product comparison pages, and lead magnets.

Analytics & Reporting

- Publish a monthly dashboard covering visitors, organic traffic, keyword rankings, leads, conversion rate, bounce rate, top pages, heatmaps, and user journeys.
- Work fluently across GA4, Google Search Console, Microsoft Clarity, and Ahrefs or SEMrush.

IT & Digital Asset Management

- Support IT asset management, including laptop/desktop allocation tracking and software licence renewals.
- Manage GitHub repository access for the website codebase and coordinate version control with developers.
- Administer Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 accounts, shared drives, and email groups.
- Maintain the digital asset library, including product photos, datasheets, logos, brand kit, certificates, and videos.

Vendor & Stakeholder Coordination

- Coordinate with website vendors, hosting providers, and domain management partners.
- Manage website hosting, SSL certificates, backups, and domain renewals.
- Set up and troubleshoot conference room equipment, video conferencing systems, and office network connectivity.
- Work closely with the IT Head on all website and SEO initiatives.

Additional Support Areas

- Employer branding careers page, life-at-Advait content, employee stories, and hiring campaigns.
- Product launch support landing pages, brochures, technical downloads, images, and videos.
- Event support for exhibitions registration pages, countdown pages, meeting booking, and QR pages.
- Investor relations support quarterly results, presentations, annual reports, and press release uploads.
