What you'll be doing

Build and ship full stack web applications — frontend to backend to database

Design, build and consume REST APIs

Integrate AI/LLM APIs into real product features

Work directly with the founding team on live products, not internal demos

Own features end to end: idea → build → deploy → iterate

Core skills we're looking for

Frontend

JavaScript (ES6+) — strong fundamentals are non-negotiable

React.js and Next.js

HTML5, CSS3, Tailwind CSS

Responsive UI and component-based design

Backend

Node.js and Express.js

REST API design, development and integration

Authentication and authorization (JWT, OAuth, session handling)

Error handling, validation and API security basics

Database

PostgreSQL / MongoDB

Supabase or Firebase

Schema design and writing efficient queries

AI-native development





Comfort using AI coding tools — Claude, Cursor, GitHub Copilot

Basic prompt engineering

Integrating LLM APIs (Anthropic, OpenAI) into applications

Tools & workflow

Git and GitHub

Deployment on Vercel / Netlify / cloud platforms

Postman or similar for API testing

Basic understanding of CI/CD
