Role Description The AI Marketing & Automation Lead is a full-time, on-site role based in Vadodara. This role is responsible for designing and implementing AI-driven marketing and automation strategies across channels, including email, social media, CRM, and performance campaigns.

The individual will configure and optimize marketing automation workflows, integrate tools and platforms, and use data to improve lead generation, nurturing, and conversion. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with marketing and sales teams to define automation requirements, conducting market and audience analysis, testing and refining AI models or tools,



and ensuring a consistent brand experience across automated touchpoints. The role also involves monitoring campaign performance, preparing reports, and recommending improvements aligned with client goals and business growth.

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills for transparent collaboration, stakeholder management, and client interaction.
- Candidates should possess Market Research and Marketing Strategy skills to analyze audiences, identify opportunities, and design effective AI-driven campaigns.
- Candidates should possess Sales and growth-oriented thinking to align automation efforts with lead generation, conversion, and revenue goals.
- Candidates should have experience with marketing automation platforms, CRM tools, and AI-powered marketing technologies.
- Candidates should demonstrate analytical and problem-solving abilities, including proficiency with data analysis, reporting, and optimization.
- Candidates should have knowledge of digital marketing channels (email, social, search, performance marketing) and funnel-based campaign design.
- A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Technology, or a related field is preferred; relevant certifications in marketing automation or AI tools are an advantage.
- Candidates should be able to work on-site in Vadodara, manage multiple projects, and adapt to a fast-paced, creative, and results-focused environment.
