Responsibilities & Delivery

Develop and implement value accretive and value focused AI strategies that support business objectives with an aim to create $ 100 MN benefit for the organization through use and deployment of AI.

Understanding Business Objectives: Identifying how AI can support and enhance the company’s strategic goals, such as increasing manufacturing efficiency, improving customer experience, or creating new revenue streams.

Innovation Leadership: Championing the use of AI to foster innovation within the company. This includes exploring new technologies, applications, and methodologies that could provide the company with a competitive edge.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Working closely with other C-level executives, such as the CTO, CIO, and CEO, to integrate AI strategies with broader company initiatives. This ensures that AI projects are not siloed but instead contribute to the company’s overarching goals.

Process Automation: Streamlining workflows in areas like customer service and inventory management in line industry benchmarks and standards

Metrics-Driven Outcomes: Tracking KPIs such as cost savings, revenue growth,



and customer satisfaction to quantify AI’s impact.

Change Management: Addressing employee resistance by fostering AI literacy and demonstrating how AI augments—rather than replaces—human roles.

Deployment: Oversee the design, development, and deployment of AI models and algorithms. Ensure scalability and efficiency in AI model deployment. Mentor team members and foster a team-oriented working environment.

Requirements

Qualifications

· 8-10 years of proven experience from conceptualization to delivery of AI solutions in manufacturing sector

· Proven experience in managing AI projects and leading technical teams.

· In-depth knowledge of AI, machine learning, and deep learning techniques.

· Strong understanding of data science concepts and methodologies.

· Excellent communication and leadership skills.

· Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

· Skills – Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Natural Language Processing (NLP), Computer Vision, Deep Learning, Data Analysis, Project Management, Model Deployment, Git
