The role blends AI engineering, software engineering, and cloud architecture across Microsoft Copilot Studio and AWS.

Company: NTT DATA Role: AI Engineer (Agentic AI) – AWS Microsoft Copilot Studio Location: Bangalore or NTTDATA Offices across india, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN) Experience Minimum 2 years working with Generative AI solutions

Hands-on experience building AI assistants or AI agents

Experience with AWS cloud-native development Responsibilities Design and develop AI agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio

Build multi-agent and agent-to-agent workflows

Implement conversational AI, task automation, and intelligent assistants

Develop enterprise knowledge assistants using RAG architectures

Create reusable AI skills, tools, prompts, and orchestrations

Develop and maintain Copilot Studio agents

Configure knowledge grounding from enterprise content repositories

Design conversation flows, actions, prompts, and AI-driven workflows

Build integrations with internal business systems and enterprise applications

Build AI solutions using AWS services

Design AI pipelines supporting RAG, prompt engineering, agent frameworks, tool calling, and memory management

Deploy secure and scalable AI services in AWS

Develop APIs and backend services supporting AI agents

Implement LLM integrations and orchestration layers

Build AI observability and monitoring capabilities

Develop guardrails and content safety controls





Support AI model evaluation and continuous improvement Additional Responsibilities Collaborate across AI engineering, software engineering, and cloud architecture to deliver secure and scalable AI solutions

Support enterprise knowledge search experiences and self-service support

Enable Copilot-based employee productivity experiences

Deliver production AI agents supporting business processes

Reduce manual effort through AI-driven automation

Meet governance and security requirements in deployed AI solutions Nice To Have Experience with Microsoft Power Platform and Copilot Studio preferred

Experience with healthcare, life sciences, or MedTech environments

Experience integrating SAP, Salesforce, ServiceNow, or M365 ecosystems

Experience with LangChain, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, CrewAI, or similar frameworks

Experience implementing AI governance and responsible AI controls
