Job Title: AI Automation Specialist (n8n + OpenClaw + LangChain)

Role Overview:

The candidate will support building and maintaining AI-powered automations for our real estate operations, sales, and client experience. This involves working with n8n workflows, OpenClaw autonomous agents, LangChain, and Salesforce.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, build, and maintain n8n workflows for real estate processes (lead intake, property alerts, follow-ups).
- Develop and optimize OpenClaw + LangChain AI agents for intelligent automation and RAG-based recommendations.
- Integrate n8n/OpenClaw with Salesforce (lead scoring, deal pipelines, API syncs).
- Monitor, debug, and scale production workflows.
- Collaborate on operations improvements and document workflows.

Requirements :

- Robust experience with n8n (self-hosted preferred) and building complex workflows.
- Practical experience with LangChain (or LangGraph) for agents and RAG.
- Experience with OpenClaw or similar autonomous AI agents.
- Understanding of real estate processes is highly valued.
