Role Overview* We are looking for a highly driven AI & Automation Engineer who will lead the integration of AI across the organization.

This is not a conventional tech rolethis is a transformation role. You will identify opportunities, build AI-driven workflows, automate processes, and train teams to adopt AI in their daily work. Key Responsibilities* AI Opportunity Identification* Audit existing business processes across departments (sales, CRM, construction, finance, HR, procurement)

Identify inefficiencies and AI automation opportunities

Prioritize high-impact use cases AI Implementation & Automation* Build and deploy AI solutions using tools like:

ChatGPT / OpenAI APIs / Claude/ Gemini

Zapier / Make

Python-based automation

CRM integrations

Automate repetitive workflows (reporting, lead management, documentation, billing, etc.)

Integrate AI into internal systems and dashboards AI Product Development* Develop internal tools (chatbots, dashboards, assistants)





Work on custom AI use cases specific to real estate:

Lead scoring

Demand forecasting

Document automation

Cost estimation Training & Culture Building* Train teams on AI tools and workflows

Create SOPs and playbooks for AI usage

Drive adoption across departments

Build a culture of continuous learning and experimentation Continuous Learning & Innovation* Stay updated with latest AI tools and trends

Continuously test and implement recent solutions

Act as the in-house AI expert

Required Skills & Qualifications*

Strong understanding of AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, etc.)

Experience with automation tools (Zapier, Make, n8n, etc.)

Basic to intermediate coding (Python preferred)

Understanding of APIs and integrations

Problem-solving mindset with a business-first approach

Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, etc.)

Experience in real estate / construction tech

Knowledge of data analysis (Excel, SQL, Power BI)
