Role Description The AI Automation Engineer is a full-time, hybrid role based in Ahmedabad, with flexibility for partial work from home. The role involves designing, developing, and deploying AI-driven automation workflows and integrating them with existing systems and business processes. The engineer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, map processes, and translate them into scalable automation solutions.

Day-to-day tasks include configuring automation tools and frameworks,



developing proof-of-concept solutions, monitoring system performance, and optimizing workflows for reliability, security, and efficiency. The role also includes troubleshooting issues, documenting technical solutions, and continuously evaluating recent AI and automation technologies to improve solution quality.

Qualifications Candidates should possess strong skills in Automation and Process Control to design and manage robust AI-led workflows.

Candidates should possess solid Electrical Engineering and Robotics skills to integrate automation solutions with hardware, sensors, and control systems.

Candidates should possess effective Troubleshooting skills to diagnose, resolve, and prevent technical issues in automated environments.

Experience with AI tools, APIs, and automation platforms (e.g., Python, RPA tools, workflow orchestration systems) is beneficial.

Knowledge of cloud platforms, APIs, and system integration patterns is preferred.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills, with the ability to work in a collaborative, hybrid environment.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
