Internship Details

- Duration: 3 Months

- Commitment: Part-Time (15–20 Hours/Week)

About the Role We are looking for someone obsessed with AI automation—not just using ChatGPT, but building AI agents and workflows that save time, reduce costs, and increase productivity.

Your mission is simple

Build AI systems that deliver maximum ROI with minimum cost across all HiWox and Kefilo operations.

You will work directly with the founder to automate business functions across marketing, sales, operations, HR, customer support, healthcare, and internal workflows.

Responsibilities

- Build AI agents using tools like n8n, Make, Zapier, Langflow, Flowise, OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, MCP servers, and similar platforms.
- Design low-cost automations that eliminate repetitive manual work.
- Automate social media publishing, lead generation, CRM updates, email marketing, and WhatsApp workflows.
- Build AI-powered customer support and sales assistants.
- Develop AI research agents for market research and competitive intelligence.
- Create AI systems for content generation, repurposing, and distribution.
- Build internal knowledge bases and AI assistants for the team.
- Automate reporting dashboards and business analytics.
- Experiment with new AI tools every week and recommend the highest ROI solutions.




- Document every automation with SOPs so the team can use them independently.

Preferred Skills
- Basic understanding of AI Agents and Large Language Models (LLMs)
- Experience with n8n, Make, Zapier, Flowise, Langflow, or similar tools
- Familiarity with OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, Grok, or other AI APIs
- Basic Python or JavaScript knowledge is a plus
- Understanding of APIs, webhooks, and automation workflows
- Solid problem-solving mindset
- Curiosity to experiment and learn rapidly
